fa بررسی تبعیت از درمان و ارتباط آن با حمایت خانواده در معتادان تحت درمان در مراکز ترک اعتیاد: یک مطالعه‌ی مقطعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">مقدمه</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">: پیروی از درمان یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های سوء‌مصرف‌کنندگان مواد است که به عوامل مختلفی مرتبط است. یکی از عواملی که کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته، نقش حمایت خانواده در تبعیت از درمان در این گروه از افراد است. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه‌ی بین تبعیت از درمان و حمایت خانواده در معتادان تحت درمان انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش کار</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی به صورت مقطعی در سال 1400 در شهر تکاب ایران انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان 172 نفر از معتادان تحت درمان بودند که به مراکز ترک اعتیاد وابسته به سازمان بهزیستی مراجعه و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ها</span>‌<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">ی دموگرافیک، پایبندی به درمان (</span>MATQ<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">) و حمایت اجتماعی مقیاس خانواده (</span>PSS-Fa<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">) گردآوری شد. سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار </span>SPSS-22<span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. سطح معنی داری آماری (</span>P&le;0.01<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">) تعیین گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">: در مجموع 172 سوءمصرف‌کننده‌ی مواد در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. 9/45 درصد از شرکت کنندگان در محدوده سنی 30 تا 40 سال و بیشتر آنها مرد (4/88 درصد) بودند. میانگین نمرات شرکت‌کنندگان در پایبندی به درمان و حمایت خانواده به ترتیب 31/72</span><span calibri="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">52/19 و 38/13</span><span calibri="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">16/4 بود. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین تبعیت از درمان و ابعاد آن با حمایت خانواده همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (</span>P<0.001, r=0.759<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">).</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">: در این مطالعه، بین تبعیت از درمان با حمایت خانواده در معتادان تحت درمان، رابطه‌ی مستقیم وجود دارد. تبعیت از درمان در سوءمصرف‌کنندگان مواد تحت درمان یک موضوع بهداشتی مهم مرتبط با حمایت خانواده است. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">به نظر می‌رسد شناسایی ابعاد مختلف حمایت خانواده در این گروه از افراد در قالب مطالعات کیفی و کمی می‌تواند کمک‌کننده باشد.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Introduction:</b> Treatment adherence is one of the most important challenges for substance abusers, which is related to various factors. One of the factors that have received less attention is the role of family support in treatment adherence in this group of people. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between treatment adherence and family support in substance abusers undergoing treatment.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Methods:</b> This descriptive-correlational study was conducted cross-sectionally in the year 2022 in the city of Takab in Iran. The participants were 172 substance abusers under treatment who were referred to addiction treatment centers affiliated with the welfare organization, and who were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, adherence to treatment (MATQ), and social support from family (PSS-Fa) instruments. Data were analyzed using SPSS-22 software. Pearson&#39;s correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. The level of statistical significance was set at P &le;0.01.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Results:</b> A total of 172 substance abusers participated in this study. 45.9% of the participants were in the age range of 30 to 40 years and most of them were male (88.4%). The participants&#39; average scores of treatment adherence and family support were 19.52&plusmn;72.31 and 4.16&plusmn;13.38, respectively. Pearson&#39;s correlation test showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between treatment adherence and its dimensions with family support (P<0.001, r=0.759).</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Conclusions:</b> In this study, there is a direct relationship between treatment adherence and family support in addicts undergoing treatment. Treatment adherence in substance abusers undergoing treatment is an important health issue related to family support.
