fa بررسی میزان شیوع ترس از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا (کرونافوبیا) و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرستاران شاغل در مراکز کرونا استان قزوین در پاندمی کووید 19 Investigating the prevalence of the fear of contracting cronaphobia and its related factors in nurses working in corona centers in Qazvin province during the covid-19 pandemic تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بیماری کووید -19<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a> یک بیماری نوظهور است که همراه با افزایش سریع در موارد و مرگ‌ومیرها در تمام جهان با میزان بالایی از مرگ‌ومیر همراه شد و منجر به بروز ترس و استرس در گروه‌های مختلف جمعیتی در سراسر جهان شده است. ترس از بیمار شدن در ایام پاندمی کووید در پرستاران با پیامدهای مکرری بر سلامت روان افراد همراه است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین میزان شیوع ترس از ابتلا به بیماری (کرونافوبیا) و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های مرکز کرونا استان قزوین در ایام پاندمی کووید 19 بود. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر مطالعه مقطعی است که به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش شامل 356 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های مرکز کرونا بودند که دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه داشتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل دو پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی، دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد ترس از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا ویروس<a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" title="">[2]</a> بود که در مطالعات متعددی مورد روایی و پایایی قرار گرفته است. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات داده ها با در نظر گرفتن خطای 05/0 و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها : بر اساس داده های مطالعه در مجموع 59% پرستاران شاغل در بخش کوید 19، دارای ترس زیاد از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا (کرونافوبیا) بودند. داده ها  نشان داد بین تعداد دفعات تزریق واکسن کرونا و وجود سابقه قبلی بیماری روانی بین دو گروه ترس کم از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا (کرونافوبیا) و ترس زیاد از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا (کرونافوبیا)، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (p-value<0.05). به طوریکه تعداد افرادی که سابقه قبلی بیماری رروانی  داشتند، تقریبا سه برابر بیشتر از افرادی که سابقه قبلی بیماری روانی  نداشتند دارای ترس زیاد از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا (کرونافوبیا) بودند. نتیجه گیری: یافته های  مطالعه حاضر حاکی از ترس بالای پرستاران شاغل در بخش کووید از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا بود و عوامل متعددی با ترس از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا ارتباط داشتند. شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با ترس از ابتلا به کرونا می تواند در برنامه ریزی و ارتقا سلامت روانی پرستاران نقش مهمی داشته باشد <div></div> Introduction: Covid-19, as an emerging disease, has caused high cases of infections and deaths worldwide, which has led to fear and stress in various population groups around the world. The fear of getting sick during the covid pandemic in nurses is associated with frequent consequences on people's mental health. The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of the fear of contracting the disease (cronaphobia) and its related factors in the nurses of the Corona Center hospitals of Qazvin province during the covid-19 pandemic. Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study. In this research, 356 nurses who met the criteria to enter the study and worked in Corona centers participated. The data collection tools in this study included two questionnaires of personal characteristics, demographics and a standard questionnaire of fear of contracting the coronavirus. After collecting information, the data was analyzed by considering the error of 0.05 and using SPSS software version 25. Result: According to the results, 59% of the nurses had a high level of fear of contracting the corona disease (cronaphobia). There was a significant difference between the number of corona vaccine injections and the presence of a previous history of mental illness between the two groups of low fear of contracting the corona disease (cronaphobia) and high fear of contracting the corona disease (cronaphobia) (p-value<0.05). So that the number of people who had a previous history of mental illness, almost three times more than people who did not have a previous history of mental illness, had a great fear of contracting corona disease (cronaphobia). Conclusions: The findings of the present study indicated the high fear of nurses working in the covid ward, and several factors were related to the fear of contracting the corona disease.
