fa ارتباط بین اضطراب مرگ با سلامت معنوی و حمایت اجتماعی زنان مبتلا به بیماری سرطان پستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">مقدمه: </span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">سرطان پستان شایعترین سرطان بیماری &nbsp;تشخیص داده&shy;شده در بین زنان و دومین علت اصلی مرگ و میر در زنان پس از سرطان ریه است.</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین اضطراب مرگ با سلامت معنوی و حمایت اجتماعی در زنان &nbsp;مبتلا به بیماری سرطان پستان انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش: </span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل زنان مبتلا به بیماری سرطان پستان مراجعه&shy;کننده به مراکز منتخب آنکولوژی شهر تهران بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 160 نفر بود که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد.</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">&shy;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">های مربوط به اطلاعات دموگرافیک، اضطراب مرگ تمپلر (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">TDAS</span></span></span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SWBS</span></span></span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">MSPSS</span></span></span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">) بود.</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تحلیل داده</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">&shy;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">ها با استفاده از نرم</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SPSS</span></span></span>&nbsp; <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">ورژن 25 انجام شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">داده ها &nbsp;نشان داد که میانگین نمره اضطراب مرگ در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان 89/7، میانگین نمره سلامت معنوی 84/84&nbsp; و حمایت اجتماعی 97/64&nbsp; و در سطح بالا بودند. همچنین داده ها نشان داد بین میزان اضطراب مرگ با سلامت معنوی و بین میزان اضطراب مرگ با حمایت اجتماعی در زنان مبتلا به بیماری سرطان پستان رابطه منفی معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد.</span><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Lut",serif"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">سرطان&shy;هایی که با آسیب هویت زنانه در ارتباط هستند، در زنان اضطراب بیشتری ایجاد می&shy;نمایند؛ از این رو کادر درمان به ویژه پرستاران بخش سرطان، خانواده این بیماران و اطرافیان باید این موضوع را جهت ارائه حمایت&shy;های لازم به این بیماران در نظر داشته باشند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Objective:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed among women and the second leading cause of death in women after lung cancer. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between death anxiety and spiritual health and social support in women with breast cancer.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The research is descriptive and correlational. The study population included women with breast cancer referred to selected oncology centers in Tehran. The research sample consisted of 160 people who were randomly selected. The research tools included questionnaires related to demographic information, Templer&#39;s death anxiety (TDAS), Polotzin and Ellison&#39;s spiritual health (SWBS), and perceived social support (MSPSS). Data analysis was done using SPSS version 25 software.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The data showed that the average score of death anxiety in women with breast cancer was 7.89, the average score of spiritual health was 84.84, and social support was 64.97 and at a high level. Also, the data showed that there is an inverse and significant negative relationship between the level of death anxiety and spiritual health and between the level of death anxiety and social support in women with breast cancer.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusions:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Cancers that are related to female identity damage cause more anxiety in women.
