fa رابطه سبک دلبستگی مادر و پیوند مادرـ نوزاد در اولین دوره بارداری: نقش واسطه ای ذهنی سازی Relationship between Mother's Attachment Style and Mother-Infant Bonding in the First Pregnancy: Mediating Role of Mentalization تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت نقش مادری، شناسایی مکانیزم های روانشناختی مرتبط با آن ضروری می باشد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه سبک دلبستگی مادر با پیوند مادرـ نوزاد در اولین دوره بارداری با نقش واسطه ای ذهنی سازی انجام شد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمام زنانی بود که اولین دوره بارداری خود را پشت سر گذاشته اند و در سال 1401 ـ 1400 به مراکز بهداشت و درمان شهرستان نیشابور مراجعه کردند. از بین آنها 330 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی (ASQ)، پرسشنامه پیوند مادر– نوزاد (MIBS) و پرسشنامه عملکرد بازتابی (RFQ) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش شاخص های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار Spss-24 و نرم افزار Amos-24 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش بطور کلی نشان داد مدل بررسی شده از برازش کافی با داده ها برخوردار است. نتایج نشان داد ذهنیسازی در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و پیوند مادرـ نوزاد نقش واسطه ای دارد. همچنین  بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با پیوند مادرـ نوزاد رابطه مستقیم منفی و معنادار و بین سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی با پیوند مادرـ نوزاد رابطه مستقیم مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (p<0/01). نتیجه گیری: سبک دلبستگی مادر و ظرفیت او برای ذهنی سازی با کیفیت پیوند با نوزادش مرتبط است. بنابراین می توان با بهبود مراقبتهای روانشناختی قبل از اولین دوره بارداری یا در طول دوره بارداری به مادرانی که در این زمینه آسیب پذیرند کمک کرد.   Introduction: As the maternal role is critical, it is necessary to identify the psychological mechanisms related to this role. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between the mother’s attachment style and mother-infant bonding in the first pregnancy considering the mediating role of mentalization. Methods: This was a descriptive-correlational study. The sample population included the women who had gone through their first pregnancy and were referred to the health centers in Neyshabur, Iran in 2021-2022. In total, 330 women were selected by convenience sampling. To collect data, we used a demographic questionnaire, the Attachment Style Questionnaire (ASQ), the Mother-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS), and the Reflective Functioning Questionnaire (RFQ). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive indices, correlation coefficients, and structural equation modeling in Spss-24 and Amos-24. Results: Overall, the findings showed that the studied model adequately fits the data. Further, the obtained results confirmed the mediating role of mentalization in the relationship between the mother’s attachment style and mother-infant bonding. A significant correlation was also observed between attachment styles, and mother-infant bonding (p<0.01). Conclusion: Mother-infant bonding is correlated with the mother’s attachment style and mentalization.
