fa نقش خانواده های اصلی در کیفیّت زندگی زناشویی زوج های نابارور: ‌ یک مطالعه تحلیل مضمون تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوج ها در ایران ارتباط نزدیکی با رابطه و عملکرد خانواده های اصلی زوج ها دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش خانواده های اصلی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوج های نابارور است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش با رویکردکیفی انجام شده وداده ها از طریق روش مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 زوج نابارور که به صورت هدفمند از بین مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز درمان ناباروری یزد انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد. داده های به دست آمده از هر مصاحبه در بار دوم به وضعیت اشباع رسید.برای کدگذاری و تحلیل داده ها از شیوه تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong>باتوجه به تحلیل پاسخ های ارائه شده، ابعاد نقش خانواده های اصلی در کیفیّت زندگی زناشوئی زوج های نابارور را می توان در 129 مفهوم اولیه، 22 مقوله، 9 مضمون فرعی و چهار مضمون اصلی شامل &laquo;مواجهه آگاهانه و مدبّرانه خانواده ها با ناباروری&raquo;، &laquo;حمایت و مساعدت همه جانبه خانواده ها&raquo;، &laquo;سلامت و رابطه حسنه خانواده های اصلی&raquo; و&laquo;نقش خانواده ها در سازگاری زوج و پایداری ازدواج&raquo; طبقه بندی کرد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> <span style="color:#000000;">سلامت خانواده های اصلی یک زوج نابارور و حمایت اجتماعی از آنان از طریق پذیرش مشکل ناباروری زوج و همدلی و همفکری با زن و شوهر، می تواند در سازگاری بهتر آنان با این بحران نقش مؤثری ایفا کند.</span><a name="_Hlk58647219"><span style="color:#000000;"> نتایج این تحقیق می تواند به زوج درمانگرانی که در حوزه آموزش و مشاوره با زوج های نابارور مشغول به کار هستند در زمینه توجه جدی به سیستم خانواده اصلی در این رابطه و مداخلات مربوطه &nbsp;و همچنین به زوج‌ها و خانواده‌های اصلی در راستای کمک به افزایش سطح رضایت از رابطه موثر و </span></a><span style="color:#000000;">کمک کننده باشد.</span> <strong>Introduction</strong>: the quality of couples&#39; life in Iran have a close relation with the connection and performance of their main families. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of main families in the quality of marital life of infertile couples.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: this study is done with a qualitative approach and data were collected by semi-structured exploratory interview with 15 infertile couples who were selected purposefully among referrals to Yazd Infertility Center. Data from each interview were in a saturation status for the second time.
