fa تدوین مدل ساختاری استرس ناباروری بر اساس طرحواره های هیجانی، تعارض زوجین، شفقت بر خود با میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <strong>مقدمه:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی الگوهای ساختاری بر اساس طرحواره های هیجانی، تعارض زوجین، شفقت بر خود با نقش حمایت اجتماعی به عنوان میانجی، با استرس مرتبط با ناباروری در زنان نابارور شهر تهران انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع معادلات ساختاری و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان نابارور می باشد. بدین منظور 200 زن با تشخیص ناباروری اولیه و ثانویه مراجعه کننده به مراکز ناباروری شهر تهران در بهار 97، به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به پرسشنامه های استرس ناباروری نیوتن، طرحواره هیجانی لیهی، تعارض زناشویی کنزاس<span dir="LTR"> (KMCS) </span>، شفقت بر خود، حمایت اجتماعی &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">(MOS)</span> پاسخ دادند. برای مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">Amoss 22</span> استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای طرحواره اجتماعی همبستگی معنی دار منفی با حمایت اجتماعی و همبستگی معنی دار مثبت با استرس ناباروری، همچنین تعارض زناشویی همبستگی معنی دار مثبت با حمایت اجتماعی و همبستگی معنی دار منفی با استرس ناباروری دارد. متغیرهای شفقت با خود و حمایت اجتماعی همبستگی معنی دار با استرس ناباروری ندارد. حمایت اجتماعی میانجیگری جزئی رابطه بین طرحواره هیجانی، شفقت با خود و تعارض زناشویی با استرس مرتبط با ناباروری بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> براساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، با توجه به اثر غیرمستقیم حمایت اجتماعی بر استرس ناباروری، پیشنهاد می گردد، با افزایش حمایتهای اجتماعی و افزایش آگاهی افراد، خانواده ها، تیم بهداشتی و درمانی و همچنین سیاست گذاران امر سلامت از این مساله، در بهبود وضعیت نگرانی و استرس این زنان و از لحاظ حمایت روانی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی اقدام مناسب صورت پذیرد.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <div> <div><strong>Introduction</strong>: The purpose this research was studying the structural equation model of infertility stress based on Emotional schemas, Marital conflict, Self-compassion with mediated role of Scocial support in Terhan city, Iran&nbsp; in 2018.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The method was Structural Equation Modelling and the population comprised of all infertile women, 200 women with primary and secondary infertility diagnosis were selected from the infertility centers of Tehran city, in 2018, using the convenience sampling method. The participants were asked to complete the questionnaires including Fertility Problem Inventory, Leahy Emotional Schema (LessII), Kansas Marital Conflict Scale (KMCS), Self-compassion Scale, MOS-Social Support Survey(MOS), To analyze the data, the equation model of AMOS (22) was used.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results revealed that emotional schemas had negative correlation with social support and positive correlation with infertility stress, so marital conflict positive correlation with social support and negative correlation with infertility stress. Self-compassion and social support has not significant correlation with infertility stress.
