fa ارتباط ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و شیوه‌های ابراز هیجان پرستاران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: حرفه پرستاری، همواره از جمله مشاغلی است که ضمن داشتن حساسیت، فشار روانی و استرس، می‌تواند تحت تأثیر ویژگی‌های فردی و شخصیتی پرستاران قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و ابعاد آن با شیوه‌های ابراز هیجان (شدت تکانه، بیانگری) پرستاران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران انجام شد.<br> روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود. نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 300 پرستار که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند.<br> یافته‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود. نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 300 پرستار که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند.<br> نتیجه گیری: ابعاد شخصیتی، ابرازگری هیجانات و سیر نزولی/ سعودی فرآیند شغلی در پرستاران، به طور زنجیره‌ای پیوسته و مرتبط به هم عمل می‌کنند که در حرفه پرستاری تاثیرگذار باشد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The purpose of present study was the study of relationship between personality traits and its dimensions with emotion expression (impulse intensity, expressiveness) of emergency nurses in Tehran hospitals.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all nurses of the emergency nurses of Tehran hospitals in 2017. The sample consisted of 300 nurses who were randomly selected.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the components of personality traits (psychoanalytic, extraversion, accountability, agreeableness and passion for new experiences) and emotional expression (impulse intensity and expressiveness).
